On 22 November 2024, H.E. Ambassador Wang Xuefeng met with Morten Riis, Grundfos group senior director in charge of global public affairs.

Ambassador Wang noted that the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee made strategic arrangements for further deepening reform in an all-round way and proposed more than 300 major reform measures, including promoting green development. Recently, China has extended the visa-free period for Denmark and other countries to 30 days, which has created greater convenience for China-Denmark economic and trade cooperation and people-to-people exchanges. Next year marks the 75th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between China and Denmark, and the 30th anniversary of Grundfos' business in China. It is hoped that Grundfos will take this opportunity to further strengthen trade and investment cooperation with China and make greater contributions to bilateral exchanges and mutual learning in green transition.

Morten Riis introduced Grundfos’ operation and cooperation with China, expressed willingness to continue to deepen the company’s presence in the Chinese market and to pursue win-win cooperation in areas such as green transition.
