China International Fair for Trade in Services(CIFTIS) is the largest global comprehensive fair for trade in services and the leading fair for trade in services in China. It is one of the three major Chinese exhibition platforms for China’s opening-up, along with China International Import Expo (CIIE) and China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair). With an aggregate exhibition area of 640,900 square meters and 1,102 forums, conferences and events in total, it has attracted over 1.4 million visitors from 188 countries/regions and over 10,000 enterprise exhibitors. CIFTIS has made positive contributions to the deepening of global exchange and cooperation in trade in services and the development of the global service economy.
Since 2012, CIFTIS has been successfully held for seven sessions. The Chinese government attaches great importance to CIFTIS, and state leaders had attended all the held sessions. The 2021 CIFTIS will be held in Beijing during 2-7 September, in “online+offline” mode. It is planned to focus on eight professional themes, including telecommunication, computer and information Services; financial Services; cultural, tourism and travel-related services; educational services; sporting services; supply chain and business services; engineering consulting and construction services; and health and hygiene services. It is also planned to hold six types of events: Global Trade in Services Summit, forums and Conferences, exhibition and display, promotion business talks, achievement release, and side Events.
The online platform will provide online registration, booth reservation, online booth construction (including 2D plane booths and 3D booths), exhibitor live streaming, online conference, online business talk, project release, electronic signing, business opportunity tracking, data analysis and other services for exhibitors. With multimedia means and data analysis services, the online platform will break the limitation of time and space for exhibitors to showcase products and services online and communicate with online clients, thus helping them find more business opportunities and make more deals.
