China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT), hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China, is held annually in Xiamen, China. Under the permanent theme “Expanding Two-way Investment, Jointly Facilitating Global Development”, the exhibition is committed to constructing a platform of two-way investment promotion, authoritative information release and investment trend discussion. It is now one of the most influential international investment events in the world. The CIFIT is composed of three elements, namely exhibition, conference, and negotiation. There will be trade & investment exhibitions, forums and seminars on international investment & hot spot issue, as well as project matchmaking symposiums throughout the exhibition period.

Up to now, 24 sessions of CIFIT have been successfully hold. Each year, CIFIT attracts representatives from government departments, official investment promotion agencies, chambers of commerce, multinational corporations, and other institutions from approximately 100 countries and regions around the world. Government representatives from over 100 cities across China’s 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities, more than 100 domestic and international business and trade delegations, around 5000 enterprises, and over 50000 professional visitors participates in the event.

The 25^th CIFIT is scheduled to take place from Sept. 8^th to 11^th, 2025 at the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center, with the United Kingdom serving as the Guest Country of Honor. This CIFIT will focus on three major themes: “Invest in China”, “Chinese Investment”, and “International Investment”, featuring a variety of thematic exhibition areas and activities like policy releases, thematic seminars, and business matchmaking to promote investment cooperation.
